staff was so rude. they weren’t even listening to our problem. For them there sleep was more important than attending cl

− Where do I start from...firstly the location written and the pin send was just not matching,secondly very rude staff,dirtiest linen,dirtiest shabby rooms with geyser which don't work...in one word it's a waste ...rather than stay in a dharamshala coz it gives u worse feeling than that....to my fear even the hotel name in the hoarding and board do not match with the name given in booking.com...what more can i say!!! It's nightmarish experience
