− The property manager was very rude and he kept on asking for 40% advance even when there was no such clause in the listing on booking.com When we spoke reached this property he mentioned that he gave away the rooms to someone else because there was no advance from our end. The property is just bad in terms of facilities, rooms are very boxy and claustrophobic. Poor behaviour from staff adds to the overall bad experience. At least 10KMs far from Kufri city centre and not recommended at all.

8.0The King room with the view was excellent. The behaviour of the owner and staff was excellent. Food taste was very good. Location was very good for us. Right near the Fagu market and taxi stand.
− The other room was not sound proof and traffic noise was there in the early mornings.
