10.0Breakfast is homemade but with professional presentation. Special shout out to the cook for Perfectly roasted golden toast Menue was good.. Location is super accessible to both main road and beach.
− It's not about not liking something but just a suggestion, add one more item in breakfast. So that if someone don't like something he/she have choice. Though I liked each breakfast😋

10.0We loved everything about this place. The location was perfect, set in quiet grounds filled with the song of birds and within 5 minutes walk from both the beach and the main road. The gardens are well maintained as is the property itself. The staff were fabulous and really went all out to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was a delight with both continental and Indian available. Strong and stable WiFi also provided. The pool was clean and safe. Our room was lovely with tea coffee and water provided. Special thanks to Ritu, Catherine and Sanjay (man Friday) for helping with restaurant recommendations, organising Taxis, assisting with laundry and tailoring our breakfast needs. There are some lovely restaurants within a 10 minute walk with coastal crave being excellent. There's a convenience store at the top of the road and plenty of places to eat and drink in the surrounding area. Goa Old town is an hour by taxi. We will certainly be returning.

10.0Property is very well maintained and near the main market. The staff is very supportive especially Sanjay bhaiya. Breakfast is also very tasty.

10.0L'hôtel est proche de la plage : 5mn à pied. Il est au calme, posé au milieu de la végétation. L'hôtel est en fait une maison historique complètement rénovée avec beaucoup de caractère. Les chambres (des maisonnettes) sont spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et sain. Pour le déjeuner et diner, il y a soit sur la plage, soit à l'opposé sur la route principale. Le personnel est dévoué à ses clients. La piscine amène un peu de fraîcheur après plage. Tres bon rapport qualité prix.
