10.0As soon as we arrived we both thought what a lovely house. When Marcia greeted us it was with warmth, explained house rules also gave us some valuable advice re exiting Sandringham. The breakfast was a credit, everything and more either home made or locally produced. Very clean, lovely couple. Met John at breakfast, a character that I'm sure could tell a story or two. So sad to hear you are retiring.

10.0I had a wonderful stay at Oaks! The property is stunning—historic, full of character, and set in beautiful, peaceful gardens. Everything was spotless, and the two spaniels were quiet, friendly, and an absolute joy to be around. The host was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond by preparing a delicious homemade breakfast, including freshly baked bread. A truly memorable experience!
