8.0The studio room was very comfortable with good facilities including fresh plunge coffee, a generous sized table, ample storage room, quiet location
− The only comment is being close to a farm and horse livery, the flies were a bit pesky. Not a major issue, but insect screens on the window would be helpful

− Initially bumped my head a few times on the sloping ceilings but soon got used to them. It was a bit cold while I was there!

10.0A warm welcome from Sara. The property is in a lovely peaceful spot. Everything was spotlessly clean, with plenty of nice touches such as biscuits and hot drink-making items. The little sun-deck is great for chilling out in the fresh air. I would stay here again if I was in the area.
