Lovely place, spacious room, clean, easy parking but busy street
9.0What a pleasant surprise! Interesting building, and very interesting room layout with a surprisingly spacious room, even had two lounge chairs and a coffee table - not something wed expect in a B&B. Room was to the back, away from the street, and despite the very busy road it was super quiet. Beds very comfy and everything overall was very clean. There was a common area on the ground level, spacious, with sofas, lounge chairs etc. Perfect for a round of cards and the likes. We did not book breakfast but given the overall experience we can only imagine that it would have been pretty good as well. Parking (gravel) across from the house, plenty space. Crossing the road thouzgh can prove challenging, lots of traffic. Area itself, well, not much really but there is a restaurant some 5 minutes walk away which is fine.
− Wouldn't know what. Checkin-rules/times are very strict but communicated clearly. I could imagine if there was was a room facing the street it would probably be very noise but we wouldn't know.
A perfect stay!
10.0We really liked that we were outside of Oban to be away from the crowds. The host was so gracious and friendly. We commented to each other that it was the most welcome we had felt in any of our accommodations. The breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfy, the room very spacious with a gorgeous view of the water and sunsets. Parking was conveniently opposite the house with plently of spaces. Definitely our favorite accommodation in Scotland!

10.0A very cosy and welcoming hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view. It feels like the hotel owners have thought of every little detail. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
