4.0The caretaker is nice, pleasant. Wall pain and decor are ok. Kitchen appliances are ok. Parking space provided but not convenient.
− Bed was not a queen size as shown on image. Deceiving image on site. Water leak. Toilet and sink faucet, tubes are with rust. Electric fans and aircon filters are not clean. NO toiletries. 2nd room occupied, bidet and flush with leak, need to turn on and off or toilet will be filled with water. Worse is shower not working. All hole are corroded with molds. The water from shower comes out in 3 holes onlyvand hits the door and wall only. NO free mineral water. It wasnt a comfortable stay.

− Air con was bad and old. Toilet dark and dingy.. balcony dirty, table mouldy, biting red ants, couldnt see a sea view like discribed, no toaster, breakfast only got 7 out of the 10 should have. Bed was definitely not as discribed.

9.0The room is very well equipped stove, refrigerator. Pots pans dishes everything you may need for extended stay. Fish market just down the street. The fisherman unload there catch nightly. Fun to watch.
− The room is a little hot at mid-day. The aircon could be upgraded.
