Great welcome .. arrived after 18.00 so free street parking until 09.00.

8.0Comfortable room in the heart of Arras. Tricky to find though. Underground car park nearby. Plenty of bars and food options on the doorstep.
− Noisy at night as it's directly above several bars. Noisy in the morning as bins were being collected and deliveries to the restaurants.
