8.0Le personnel est adorable et extrêmement serviable La personne présente nous a aidé à trouver une voiture pour 5 avec nos bagages ce que je n'avais pas trouvé tte seule Petit déjeuner sympa au milieu de la végétation avec vue sur le lac magnifique
− Je pensais être vraiment au milieu de la jungle en fait on est juste au dessus de la ville On peut descendre à pied Du coup on entendait tt les bruits de la ville j'aurais préféré entendre la nature

8.0The breakfast is amazing, big, and delicious. The view is cool on the side of the hill. I loved that the whole front side of the room was windows. The staff were lovely. They helped me with my bag and let me pick which room I wanted.
− There were some hairs on the sheets. I’m hoping just from whoever replaced the sheets and not from a previous guest… Google maps directed us the wrong way at first. No fault of the accommodations, but be advised that you should take the road that passes Hot Sugar Cafe and KUPI Coffee.
Genuinely helpful and kind people with great english, the estate and the view are both stuning.
10.0Everyone speaks great English, there was no miscommunication, which is a plus in Bali. We wanted to come back after the hike to take a shower and they accomodated us without asking for extra charge. We wanted a minimalist experience and was surprised to find: hot shower water, umbrella (it was raining a little). 2 pairs of slippers, and free use of motorbike (with helmets), great fresh breakfast where they made poached eggs perfectly (which is also hard to find here in Bali) The estate is wonderful, great lake view at breakfast. They even walk our dog for us when we left her in the room during our 5 hour hike. Of course we left a nice tip. But overall we feel they did genuinely enjoy people and helping people. That's the best part. It feel truly like home. We will definitely come back!!!
