10.0Our experience was flawless from start to finish! The owner was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the location was ideal for exploring the area, and the house was beautifully maintained with every amenity we could need. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return!

− Sadly what I saw on Booking. Com was not what we got. The images show a cozy lounge fireplace area where you can see the door to a kitchen space. Then a view from kitchen out to front sunny side veranda. We had no such access. Door was closed at fireplaces and we were located in the cold back of house, no kitchen facilities /basin tap cooker etc. Breakfasts were poor. We only booked here as people raved about hosts home baking and a wonderful traditional experience. We sadly did not have this warm hospitality and are sad that we chose this when there were so many other wonderful quaint places to choose from.

10.0Everything was perfect! Alessandra, the host, is so caring and puts a lot of love into this place which you can feel when staying there. The room was extremely cozy and comfortable. And last but not least, the breakfast was amazing and great to get to know some things about the area from Alessandra. We would definitely go there again!

10.0We have just left Pietra del’Acqua to travel home, and we feel moved by the hospitality shown to us by Alessandra. This modest stone house in the forest is an oasis of calm and tranquility, and we were treated each morning to a delicious and sustaining breakfast featuring local specialities and home made dishes, always beautifully presented. The accommodation is comfortable, simple and rustic in style, with thoughtful touches - like carefully curated furniture, artwork, and a wonderfully natural and free-flowing garden totally in harmony with the surroundings - all being a hallmark of Alessandra’s genuine feel for creating a homely and welcoming environment. We learnt a great deal from her about the local area, and about the culture, food and people of Tuscany. A truly memorable house and hostess. Thank you, Alessandra.

10.0We have been in Pietra d'Acqua for a week, and the stay has been great. The house is very good, in a beautiful place, and decorated with great taste. Alessandra is charming and explains many things about the place. Wonderful breakfasts. Brilliant.
