10.0Staff were excellent, always helpful and smiling. Food was superb bedroom was perfect and had a fan in heatwave. Breakfast delicious, wonderful place to stay.
− There was a gentleman who worked there and near kitchen he was talking about staff and a bit of bad language, it was too close to restaurant,should be more discreet

9.0The location is stunning. East Dean feels like you've travelled into the past. Walks in the area are the equal of any walks anywhere, and some of the most beautiful in the UK. The Tiger Inn is itself an historic icon. We had the Catherine room, which was small but very comfortable with a view over the village green. The bathroom had a great shower. The bed was cosy. Breakfast was included. Staff were very accommodating in preparing low salt meals as requested. A beautiful place to feel immersed in the wonder of England's green and pleasant land.
