10.0Hôtes gentils et serviables. Chambre spacieuse et lit confortable. Piscine avec vue sur les collines magnifique. Bon petit déjeuner qui change tous les jours. À 15min à pied du centre par la ligne de chemin de fer. Difficile d’accès en tuk tuk mais l’hébergement propose un service de tuktuk.

9.0Das Hotel liegt oben auf einem Berghang. Der Weg hoch war mit unserem kleinen Reisebus nicht zu bewältigen. Das war aber kein Problem. Der Inhaber hat uns (und unser Gepäck) mit seinen 3 Tuk Tuk abgeholt. Der Blick vom Zimmer auf die Landschaft und dem kleinen gegenüberliegenden Wasserfall war einfach klasse. Die Zimmer waren prima. Der Pool war sehr erfrischend. Jedoch wäre etwas mehr Platz für die Liegen drum rum angenehmer gewesen. Es war da doch etwas eng. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit frischem Obst und regionalen aber auch internationalem Angebot. Ich hatte bei der Ankunft Geburtstag und es wurde mir dann abends ein Geburtstagskuchen mit Kerzen und Happy birthday Girlande sowie Geburtstagslied beschert. Das fand ich sehr nett. Für die Ausflüge musste man halt immer runter und wieder rauf zum Hotel. Aber der Inhaber hat uns mit dem Tuk Tuk runtergefahren und abends konnten wir ihm eine Nachricht senden, dann hat er uns wieder abgeholt. Diese Fahrten wollte ich nicht missen. Sie waren sehr interessant und lustig. Auch waren sie nicht teuer. Im Hotelpreis ist lediglich eine Anfahrt und eine Abreisefahrt inbegriffen. War für uns ok. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall nochmals buchen.

10.0La zona es muy tranquila y no está lejos del centro. Tienen servicio de tuk tuk gratuito para bajar a la ciudad (5-10 minutos). El personal es muy amable y muy atento. Hay opción de comer en el hotel y también pedir comida a domicilio de un restaurante donde el envío es gratuito. Nosotros pedimos un día la cena a domicilio y te te traen todo lo necesario a la habitación donde se pueden comer en la terraza. Las instalaciones son prácticamente nuevas y las vistas son espectaculares. El servicio de lavandería también es destacable. Por último, nos llevaron en tuk tuk hasta el tren y nos pusieron transporte para movernos según bajemos del tren para otra ciudad.

10.0L’hôtel est l’écart du centre mais les employés nous propose le service tuk tuk pour 1000 LKR jusqu’au centre d’Ella. Les chambres était correctes, propres et nous avions un belle vue sur les montagnes. Les petites déjeuners étaient top, chaque matin, il était différent.
− J’aurai imaginé une salle de bain plus aboutie/finie pour le prix que nous avions payé. Le reste était bon.
