10.0Ļoti laipna un simpātiska saimniece! Bija stāvvieta. Liels dzīvoklis ar lielu balkonu, skatu uz ezeru, atsevišķu virtuves telpu, virtuvītes piederumoem, plītiņu, ledusskapi. Ļoti pārdomāts dzīvokļa dizains. Apartamenti atrodas pretīm ezeram, pirmajā rindā.
