10.0Amazing host, nothing is ever to much, breakfast is excellent, the best coffee I have ever had. Area is great and local to central pisa train station, very clean, area is good for commuting and feels safe. Would definitely recommend and return. Thanks for a beautiful stay

Very enjoyable
8.0Well located, traditional style room and clean. Breakfast limited but served with enthusiasm. All locally sourced. A delightful garden terrace - rather wild but full of interesting flowers and fruits. Not forgetting the chickens & tortoise.
− Air con was not particularly efficient, bathroom was small and no shower mat. A little evidence of swatted flies on the walls.

10.0Exceptionally clean. Lovely air con in room. Roberto was so welcoming and friendly and couldn’t have helped us more. Would definitely be going back here next time in Pisa. Close to bus stop and Roberto recommended a few restaurants but we loved the pizza place so be sure and ask him about that.
