10.0I loved the spacious and beautifully designed room. It was exceptionally neat, clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The stylish décor and attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend it.
− The booking stated that breakfast was included, but it had not been prepared. We almost left without having breakfast because we were expected to tell the hostess that breakfast was included in our booking. I believe this information should have already been known, and guests should not have to remind the host about services included in their reservation.

5.0Location in Kloof was great. Easy to find. staff friendly
− Needs a lot of maintenance, bathroom showing mold and the shower head missing, sink/wash hand basin tap and faucet was loose. had to wait ages for hot water to start. no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. WIFI was not working.
