− Oštećen prozor kroz kojeg se čuje buka s ceste, zastor ne pokriva cijeli prozor pa ujutro sunce ulazi, klima uređaj slabo radi, čuju se ostali gosti u hodniku objekta kao i stanari iznad.

9.0We had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place! The apartment was extremely clean, fresh and looked exactly like in the photos. Everything was well taken care of even to the smallest details like tea,candies and some hygiene stuff. The location is great bc there’s a shop, roma termini, bus stop and metro nearby, restaurants just around the corner and a nice park close by. The Colosseum is also within walking distance, which was perfect for us. The communication with the owner was excellent. He replied very quickly to every message and were always happy to help whenever we had any questions for example how to get on airport. The check-in instructions were clear and everything was very easy.
− We had a small problem with the toilet flush during our stay, but the owner took care of it as quickly as was possible, which we really appreciated.
A good and nice 5-night stay with a great host who gave clear directions.
8.0Easy check-in, good communication with host. Nice that there were snacks waiting. Room looked like the pictures. There were no bedbugs, which is always nice! Linens were clean and so were the towels.
− Floors and corners of the room were very dusty and crumby, there were also a few ants. Also the surfaces in the toilet were not cleaned too well. Walls are thin (we could hear the neighbors talking) and flushing the toilet is surprisingly loud. The ac works, but is noisy.
