9.0Grantham House is in an excellent location for all the facilities and the beach in Ryde. Chris was welcoming, friendly and discreet. Large and comfy rooms. Not en-suite but a huge bathroom with a bath and great shower. Would happily recommend

Chris was a great host and the property is lovely. The property was the perfect base for our trip.
9.0The property was lovely, and Chris was an amazing host. The shared bathroom facilities were well equipped, and the overall cleanliness of the property was great. The property was close to the local buses, which gave us access to the island and super close to the pier to get the ferry back to the mainland. Would highly recommend.
