8.0It was very easy to check-in. Beautiful setting. Wonderful to have a field to roam in and look at the scenery and stars. Enjoyed a go on the trampoline too. Property very close to La Coupée so well placed for walking and exploring Little Sark. House was roomy and room large with very comfortable bed. Shower and bathroom (separate to bedroom) excellent. Modern decoration very clean and up to date. Also lovely features such as wooden beams. Homemade granola and bread both delicious.
− Bathroom is not en-suite. However we were aware of this beforehand and it was all our own to use, clean, and well fitted and everything worked very well. Toiletries left for our use. Would have appreciated a flannel to use in the shower as well as the hand and bath towel we were given. Tables set for breakfast from previous day but no covers left on china or cutlery and there was a fly about; therefore would appreciate net cover being put over table settings if being left out in this way: similarly with breadboard. Washbasin for dishes needs replacement as discoloured and dishdrainer needs a scrub. These small points were important for us but to put in context were the only things that we’d want improved and our stay was otherwise excellent.

9.0Bel établissement agencé avec beaucoup de goût. près de la Coupée. Très belle chambre très spacieuse, et magnifique salle de bain. Accueil tres agréable Petit déjeuner comme a la maison. Piscine quand on a pas le courage de descendre à la plage

If you have any luggage you need transporting please get a Island Deliveries luggage tag from the shipping offices in Guernsey/Jersey and write on them our address being The Old Forge, and your luggage will automatically be delivered up for you at a charge currently of £2.50 per bag each (maybe be more if a very large bag/box etc) way payable here upon arrival/before check out.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
