10.0Beautiful, peaceful location, ten minute drive to Conwy. Spotlessly clean and well presented with everything you'd need for your holiday. Directions and communication from owners we're great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend 👌

Luxurious self-catering facility with designer decor
10.0The cottage is utterly gorgeous, as is the setting. The ultra-modern decor is beautifully done, and the facilities are extraordinary. The kitchen has more "stuff" than I have in my own well-equipped home and, of course, it's all spanking new. The bathroom is well-equipped with top of the line materials and is extremely comfortable to use. There was a nearby water line break which meant that one of the main routes was blocked off. So my host drove his car in front of me to ensure I could navigate the country roads and avoid getting lost. That concern is way above the host's paygrade, and was much appreciated.
− The location was perfect as a quiet but proximal place to stay. However, the very narrow curvy roads were a turnoff(pun intended) and I found them fearsome and frustrating, even with Google Maps attempting to assist me.

10.0The hosts were extremely accomodating and made the stay very pleasurable and comfortable for us.
− Nothing to do with the host or the cottage. However, the Dutch pancake house nearby was a stones throw away from where we were staying. We popped over one morning and the owner or a member of staff was extremely rude and unprofessional resulting in us leaving as I did not feel comfortable there.
Good to know
The property is located just off the B5106 road next to the Conwy Water Gardens. Please request full directions by email as Sat Navs will not work and you may not find it easily.
Due to the property location, Internet access is very limited and the connection may be slow. Mobile phone signal is weak in some parts of the house.
Please note, the property does not accept American Express so please use an alternative card when booking.in order for the deposit to be taken.
Please be aware that the room service during your stay does not include fresh linen. However, clean towels are available if needed and teas and coffees are replaced.
Arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00 must be requested in advance. Arrival after 23:00 is not possible.
