8.0Le charme de la chambre et de son espace douche. .Le patio au calme. Les personnels ,tous très sympathiques , des responsables aux serveurs.
− Le patio infesté de moustiques. Une démoustication est nécessaire car d'autres endroits arborés sur la ville n'ont pas ce désagrément majeur. Même dans la chambre proche du patio, la nuit , j'ai été piquée de nombreuses fois.

− Some rooms are Very dark. However staff eventually understood our request and provided us a well-lit room Place full of mosquitos biting you from breakfast to dinner. Mosquito Chemical repellent can be provided. Poor wifi coverage.

− Bed too high, fan placed away from the bed, lizards, mosquitoes in the room, room floor unclean, no disposable slippers in the room, no toothpaste and brush, sheets to cover ourselves with were rough in texture, wifi in the room not connecting, no tv in the room, cant bring outside snacks or drinks in the room, only one water bottle they provide, so have to go out to refill it again and again.

It was a pleasant and peaceful stay.
7.0My wife and her best friend stayed at Villa Helena for a girls trip. They mentioned Ms. Sudha at the reception was very helpful and nice. All staff were respectful and sweet. Rooms were big with lovely vintage furniture. Bathroom was big, but could’ve had better plumbing. Also lizards could enter the bathroom. Netting needs to improve. Can do better overall.
− Breakfast was not the best. There were no female staff during the night. Need to have female staff - for the safety and mental peace of female travellers.
