− Some of the stairs particularly up into Elders Room were extremely difficult- quite dangerous for older people.

10.0Breakfast was wonderful, stuff was very professional and polite, wonderful town to walk around. Plenty of places to drink and eat.
− Walking on big pebbles in some streets is bit of challenge but I guess it's part of history.

10.0A very warm welcome, immediately made us feel comfortable! Showed us up to our room and was very knowledgeable about everything! I loved the relaxed atmosphere and the non invasive way the staff work around you! Breakfast is the best we've ever had! Lovely view from our room! Tea and coffee making facilities WITH BISCUITS (that made my day) and topped up each day of our 3 night stay! Clean bedding, lovely smell of softener on the pillow cases haha! Chocolate by your bed each day, nice touch! Nice toiletries in the bathroom and gorgeous, fluffy white towels! Attentive cleaners and super helpful when we couldn't get our TV to work
− Our bed dipped alot on one side and we would have liked the offer of a bigger room as we were in the attic it felt like! That's the only downside of our stay, everything else was perfect and the staff are brilliant!
