− The beach itself is dirty and there were lots of mosquitoes compared to other places in Amed. There are no windows that open, only the door to the room.Because there was no mosquito net on the bed but many mosquitoes, it meant the door had to be closed and the room felt and smelt stuffy. Also not anyone's fault but a cat had its litter on the roof of the room and kittens were crying all night meaning I didn't get a night's sleep while there. The staff knew and didn't try to compensate me in any way.
A most wonderful stay.
10.0A home away from home. Very clean room located right on the beach with stunning views of Gunung Agung. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night is one of the best things ever. Ibu Nyoman and family are absolutely wonderful hosts. We had lovely chats on the patio laughing and talking about life. She was ever so kind to show me around Amed on her motorbike. We even visited a local vineyard and harvested local grapes - That was quite an experience! Although breakfast is not included with the room, she kindly brought delicious local breakfast for me to try. I am so grateful for her kind hospitality and am so glad I booked with Isin Gumi. I cannot wait to come back! Terima kasih banyak Ibu Nyoman and family. Sampai bertemu lagi.
