True rural Italian stay
10.0True rural location with goats and chicken. Host Carlotta and her niece Adele are kind and welcoming. Breakfast nice with a home made apricot crostata. Do not get put off about the bathroom, is literally one door / step to the bathroom and with no other guests we just felt at home. The property is charming and dining area is beautiful.
− Probably better lighting at the entrance. We arrived in the dark and we missed it.
Great quiet place to stay in Asti
10.0As on previous times we've stayed here the welcome was impeccable, the rooms clean and cosy and the breakfast was great. Carlotta phoned a local restaurant to make sure we'd get a table for dinner.

Great stay in a great location
10.0My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Cascina Patrizia. Great location in the countryside, perfect as a base for excursions and outings, close to the town and all amenities. The apartment was immaculate, stylish, and beautifully decorated. The hosts, sisters Carlotta and Barbara, were very attentive and responsive and super helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

10.0Breakfast had a good variety of options: homemade cakes, croissants, biscuits, jam, honey, fruit, yogurts, coffee, teas, juices etc. All delicious! If you have allergies or intollerances they will do their best to accomodate your requests! The Cascina is very well kept. You can tell that they really care about the place (the communal area is gorgeous! And with Christmas decoration even more!!!) and they want people to have a great stay. Room and bathroom were clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need is there and if you need something else, they will provide it for you. Last but not least, they allow dogs without charges. This is another BIG plus point for us! Also if you need tips, they have good suggestions to give you about where to eat, for example.
