Great value for money, I can definitely recommend to others who don't mind a rustic experience.
9.0Hettie was very accommodating and despite the venue being rustic, it had all the necessary facilities to keep one happy & comfortable during a stay in the midlands area. In terms of value for money, you will be hard pressed to find something better. Sure, you could find something for more fancy, but at the end of the day value beats fanciness, at least for me.
− I would say one of the few downsides are some of the roads leading up to the venue. However, this is not the venue's fault at all, but it is worth mentioning as there are some pretty bad potholes, and currently at the time of this, quite a few gravel and not-so-much roads to travel on. But it is what it is, considering where the guest lodge is situated. If you are careful and drive slowly, you can navigate with relatively no problems... night time driving however makes this process a bit more difficult.

9.0A very comfy bed in a large room. I felt at home after a long travel. A gas cooker, old school kitchenware. For me it was great. Others may miss modern design. My experience was tops.

− I didn't like anything and I don't recommend them,because of their false advertising, they don't have power/electricity ,you can't use appliances and even worse i couldn't even do ironing for my uniform,you must use gas stove for hot water and eat cold food ,because you're not allowed to use microwave due to conserve solar power and paid the full amount 😏
