Overbrimming with Comfort, Quirkiness and Irish Hospitality
9.0We arrived very late but were still warmly welcomed to a beautiful, quirky comfortable house with a lovely bedroom. Lovely traditional irish breakfast served by the wonderfull host Primrose along with pleasant conversation and interesting stories about the property. This farmhouse/castle/home contains all manner of decoration all of which dont match but somehow do! We also had an introduction to the livestock, all had names and in keeping with thier owner were polite and well behaved!! I loved this place and everything about it. We shall return to complete our tour of Belfast and will be staying at Crookedstone for as long as takes!! God Bless you Primrose.

A rough Diamond needs a bit of a polish
7.0The location ftom the airport a hidden gem and a rough diamond. It just needs a little tweaking. Im not sure why so many negative reviews. Its not like your booking in for a week. Its perfect for one night. I would definitely stay again. Loved the dogs and the fact its a working farm
− I think with the size of the rooms you can definitely have a mini fridge in each with some bottled water and milk. I think for an early check out it would have been nice to have a coffee or some fruit downstairs in the breakfast area. A bell to ring on arrival would be good.
A lovely stay in a charming old country house
