Go for the burgers but stay elsewhere
3.0Great location near Lake Bohinj and a pretty view from our room. The Foksnar restaurant below had amazing burgers.
− The room was cramped, outdated, and had a broken door to the balcony. The shower was in the room but was cramped and filled with water. I wish we had stayed in Stara Furzina instead.
Eine freundliche und vor allem hundefreundliche Pension mit wunderbarem Frühstück
10.0Die Pension ist wunderbar gelegen und die Wirtin hat sehr viel Erfahrung in der Hotellerie und Gastronomie. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass wir unseren Hund unkompliziert mitnehmen konnten.
“Budget” location, but could be definitely improved.
5.0The position (100m from the lake)
− Our room’s equipments and furnitures were too old, even for the nice price we paid (120€ for one night in high season). There are some renovations going on (i.e. the windows and the some part of the pavements where recently renewed), but still a lot should be done. This is especially true for the bathroom, that needs a total refresh. Even the most basic things (i.e. a functioning kettle) can help in having a better perception of the facilities.

Comfortable, excellent location, a little old-style in need of some renovation.
8.0Location is excellent, with very nice views to the mountains and a side-view of the lake. We did not have breakfast, as it was a little expensive and there are excellent cantines just across the street. The hotel does offer free coffee and chocolate even if you don't buy the breakfast, which was nice. The staff and nice and friendly, speak good English and have a good sense of humor. The rooms are comfortable and have a nice balcony, even if some places really need to be renovated (see below). The hotel's restaurant is great!
− This is an honest, old-style hotel, but it really needs some renovations. For example, a very simple thing: the shower curtain is 30 cm too short and so every time someone takes a shower the whole bathroom becomes a mess of water everywhere. The tiles and joints of the bathroom really need to be replaced, too. They are falling to pieces.
