9.0This is usually the first accommodation I try and book as visit 3 or 4 times a year as I love the place. Lorna is an excellent host and really looks after you and its the little things that matter the most.

10.0Lorna was exceptional-kind, warm and made us feel at home. We stayed two night and wish we had stayed for at least 4. Highly recommend if you are staying around the Island of Bute.
Beautiful Location, Even Better Host!
10.0Having grown up on the Isle of Bute, I wanted to return to see friends and show my partner the local things to do, and we are so glad we chose the Sunnyside to be our place to stay. Lorna was a fantastic host and made our stay feel very warm and welcoming. Our room at the front of the property had stunning views across Rothesay Bay. The room was a good size and really comfortable. I can't thank Lorna enough for a wonderful stay and making my journey home even more special.
