Poor experience

− My stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The problems started right from the beginning. I arrived at 11:00 a.m. and asked if I could leave my luggage until check-in at 2:00 p.m. There was no one at the front desk, and together with several other guests I had to wait for a staff member to appear. When the receptionist finally arrived, instead of offering secure luggage storage, she pointed me to an unattended coat room that was accessible to everyone. I wasn’t comfortable leaving my belongings there without supervision, so I ended up carrying all of my luggage around the city for half the day. After checking in, I found that the room was very sparsely equipped. There was no kettle, no cups, not even a complimentary bottle of water. There was also no hairdryer. A shared hot water dispenser was available in the hallway, but it wasn’t working. The room itself was missing several basic conveniences. There was no bedside lamp, no conveniently located power outlet next to the bed, and no light switches within reach. To turn off the lights before going to sleep, I had to get out of bed. Considering that the room rate was above average, this fell well short of what I would expect. The condition of the room was also disappointing. One of the blackout blinds was already broken when I arrived and was lying detached on the windowsill. I put it back in place, but because of its damaged mechanism the window could no longer be opened properly. The blinds couldn’t be adjusted due to the damage, and even when they were closed they let in a significant amount of outside light. It makes me wonder why the hotel didn’t simply install regular curtains. By 7:00 a.m., the room was already as bright as if it were the middle of the day. Cleanliness was another concern. I noticed stains on the upholstered headboard that looked like dried bodily fluids. This is simply unacceptable in a hotel and raises serious concerns about housekeeping standards.

Dobry hotel z świetna restauracja.

Odnowiony i zadbany hotel. Pokoje czyste, komfortowe i z klimatyzacją. Bardzo dobre śniadania, atrakcyjna cena oraz świetna restauracja w hotelu z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem. Polecam!

− Brak lodówki, czajnika oraz żelazka w pokoju. Wi-Fi działało niestabilnie, choć na szczęście internet 5G działał bez problemu.

Недалеко від жд вокзалу

− Номер дуже маленький, матраци на ліжках дуже тверді, штори не закривають світло, душ не зручний, не було рушників для рук, в номері немає чайника та фену, біля ліжок немає розеток. Висновок - ціна за такий номер дуже завелика
