9.0Staff were brilliant and really helpful The food was excellent The pool and spa was a great addition to go and get in the hot tub after a day out Bed was very comfy And the bathroom/wet room was really nice The location is very quiet which we loved
− There was a shortage of plug sockets I felt, there was one usable socket either side of the bed with a lamp in the other and one hidden behind the dressing table. None of which were particularly accessible without having to lean behind something The hair dryer my wife described as the worst she's ever used, it had a normal plug so had to be plugged in behind the dresser taking that socket and the cable wasn't very long to try and pull it past the mirror to get to your head, one in the bathroom on the wall would be more useful We stayed during a heat wave and found the room quite warm without air con or a big fan ( there was a tiny fan in the wardrobe but not worth plugging in)
