10.0La amabilidad de la señora Jenny Ella fué muy cordial y atenta! Todo estuvo tranquilo, la pasé bien allí Dormí muy tranquila.
− Bueno me quedo un poco retirado de la plaza de armas, y quedaba por un pasaje, pero en realidad fué muy tranquilo, yo en ocasiones regresé tipo 1 de la mañana y todo tranquilo.

− Owner accused of us stealing a towel and said she'd call the police on us. Then messaged an hour later saying she'd found it in our room and apologised. Also, I was stuck outside for an hour at night knocking because the owner had fallen asleep and wasn't letting me in.

Bad. Bad service, moody behaviors from the owners, bad location.
1.0The mountains.
− Overall service, lack of hot water. The attitude of the owners/ administrators were terrible. The woman host cut us the hot water without explaining why suddenly. Beware of the behavior of the owners. At the end of the stay she wanted to charge us more for the use of the bathtub which is very old. The internet WiFi was not always working. Most of the times, they were in bad mood. We don’t suggest to stay there (especially long stays). Find a hotel in downtown./ El servicio fue pésimo y no nos proporcionaron agua caliente. La señora nos cortó el agua caliente sin avisar. El comportamiento fue muy malo, siempre. Al final de la estadía nos cobró más por el uso de la tina (no la usen). La bañera es vieja y tiene rajaduras. El internet es malo. No les recomendamos quedarse en ese hotel (sobre todo largas estancias). Encuentren otros hoteles en el Centro de Huaraz.
Charmant séjour
8.0Nos hôtes étaient très gentils, la communication était bonne, il a été possible de faire laver nos vêtements moyennant certains frais. La vue de l’hôtel était magnifique.
− Le confort de certains matelas, qui étaient particulièrement durs. La signalisation pour s’y rendre puisque l’endroit n’est pas visible de la rue ni des rues secondaires.
