10.0Location was fantastic for access to the Old Town and to the big shopping centre. Building itself is wonderful and well kept. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lift available for those that need it and good access for taxis if required.
− Minor thing but it would have been nice to be able to lock the room door from the inside without using a key. I went out for a cigarette in the evening and felt a bit uncomfortable leaving my 12 year old upstairs reading her book but that's because I am from England where I wouldn't do that - Lublin is a completely different beast - felt very safe everywhere in the city even outside the old town unlike at home. I have no doubt my kid was safe but it would've given me a little more peace of mind. I wouldn't let it stop me booking again and almost certainly will stay here next time I am in Lublin.

10.0Wonderful place in a very good location. Nice room with AC, bathtub. Breakfast was superb one day and a bit dissapointing on another, though a 12 person party raided the dining room just before we came and left a bit of a mess. Waited for a bit and we were taken care of when we asked.
