10.0The host is very sweet and very helpful! The daily breakfast was a nice touch to start the morning. I loved the neighborhood and it is pretty quiet. The room was comfy clean. The courtyard is gorgeous and a nice sitting area.
− Everything was great! The courtyard does have a lot of mosquitos so be prepared.

9.0A great location in a non-touristy area of Venice. Very quiet. The room was small but perfectly suitable for my needs. The breakfast was good and you could make a coffee or tea at other times in the small kitchen. Also, Mattia gave good advice about what to see and where to go in Venice. Lots of restaurants nearby and within walking distance of everything you want to see. A very easy commute to and from the airport. I will go back there again.

9.0Bra läge .. Mysigt ställe med liten trädgård. Matteo var mycket hjälpsam och gav oss information och kartor.
− Det enda var att badlakanen aldrig torkade.
