7.0Gorgeous countryside and a good size room
− Quite isolated - great if that’s what you want but can be challenging if travelling with kids and you have to keep them entertained! Also just be mindful - Sat nav takes you to someone else’s farm who was clearly not happy that I had pulled into his drive at midnight! You need to carry on driving until you come to a row of houses and it’s towards the end of that street

Overall a great stay in a great location
8.0The room was very clean and kitchen equipment provided was great. It is in a very nice quite location. Paul who met us upon arrival was very welcoming took us to our room and explained everything. Breakfast although we didn't make use of was a great selection.
− Only a couple things I feel could be better would be a bigger tv for families (kids) that stay in this room. Microwave I feel is an essential part of a kitchen which wasn't included. Finally ...... There was a smell in the room that I couldn't quite work out what it was but disappeared when air circulated but came back when this was stopped. It didn't affect our stay and we did enjoy it.
We can honestly recommend
10.0Really nice and very helpful hosts. The conditions were just as we expected. When you need 5-star hotel you would probably skip this option but if you appreciate home-alike conditions then you will be satisfied. Regular British breakfast so no veggies but that was not a big deal to us as we stocked up at the grocery in advanced. We can honestly recommend this place for your stay.
− What could be even better? Maybe some renovation would make it more attractive in a comfy way but still then it would probably become less affordable so... good as is ;)
Great B&B near Bath
9.0Very good contact and info before stay. Spacious room with ensuite. Very good continental breakfast that is left in room to self help. Breakfast items refreshed for 2nd morning. Easy 30min drive to Bath P&R to avoid parking hassles in town.

The B&B is accessed via the garden and is separated from the main house. There is a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and toaster as well as crockery, cutlery and glassware. Unopened items for a self-prepared continental breakfast are provided in the fridge.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
