4.0Jacob was lovely and very helpful. Bless him and his family.
− Jacob did his best to keep everything in the house presentable, but the house is run down and in desperate need of serious maintenance. The roof leaked in the main bedroom and I was scared that the ceiling might cave in. The carpets are water stained and the main bedroom reeks of mould.
