9.0Excellent location, very central and walking distance to the beach and many restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean and neat with coffee machine and small fridge to keep water fresh. Tatiana and Alesia were very friendly and supportive.
− The AC drainage system was inside the apartment to be collected in small containers and we had to manage to keep emptying. It was almost full by the morning as the weather was extremely hot.

8.0Ottima posizione in centro a Nettuno, vicino a tutti i servizi. La suite è accogliente e comoda, completamente ristrutturata.
− Piccolissime cose migliorabili: la pressione dell’acqua è un po’ bassa, la vaschetta del condizionatore da svuotare manualmente è un po’ scomoda (di notte si riempie con il rischio di strabordare).
Bella location, pessima gestione
2.0La posizione della struttura è ottima, situata nella piazza centrale nei pressi del porto e comoda per raggiungere tutti i ristoranti della zona.
− Purtroppo, nonostante l'appartamento si presentasse moderno e ristrutturato di recente, il soggiorno è stato decisamente negativo. L'impianto di aria condizionata è risultato non funzionante per l'intera durata del soggiorno (tre giorni), costringendoci a restare all'interno dell'alloggio con temperature insostenibili che sfioravano i 40°. La gestione del problema da parte della signora Tatiana è stata del tutto inadeguata. Dopo un tentativo inefficace di sostituire le batterie del telecomando, non è stata offerta alcuna soluzione concreta. Pur avendo menzionato la disponibilità di altri appartamenti di sua gestione, la referente non ha proposto un cambio di alloggio, che in giorni infrasettimanali sarebbe stato doveroso per ovviare al grave disagio. Considerata la totale mancanza di orientamento al cliente e l'impossibilità di soggiornare in condizioni accettabili, non torneremo in questa struttura.

10.0Struttura a dir poco meravigliosa, in pieno centro. Curata, elegante, pulitissima. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Appena entrata nella camera la sensazione è stata…WOW!
