10.0Location, right on the high street. All the staff, without exception, were friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. Our dinner was very nice indeed (sensibly priced cocktails too; the Old Fashioned I had was mixed perfectly) and breakfast surprised us with the number of cooked choices. All in all, fantastic.

Comfortable and convenient location, but breakfast a little underwhelming.
8.0Excellent location in the centre of St Anne. Staff very helpful - especially in response to our early arrival on the Saturday morning. They went out of their way to serve a very good breakfast.
− Breakfast service was slow on Sunday. Sadly the bacon was overcooked, and the scrambled egg too salty. Surprisingly, no jam was available for toast - and there were no croissants. Barely any cold water flow from tap in bedroom ensuite.

Wonderful comfortable hotel with very friendly staff and delicious food. The chef ( Jamie) is really first rate .
9.0I had a lovely room. Very comfortable bed and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding and not too pricey.
− The only thing that I could fault was the water pressure in the sink. You had to turn the taps full on for just a trickle of water. I know it’s an old property but the water pressure in the shower and toilet seemed fine.
