10.0Entrando nella proprietà già si capisce quanto i proprietari ci tengano a fare le cose per bene: un vialetto ombreggiato da palme costeggia un agrumeto e un orto entrambi ben tenuti. L'appartamento è ampio, pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Mi sono trovato molto bene anche grazie alle premurose attenzioni della proprietaria.
