10.0Sono andato a Varese per trascorrere un fine settimana. Ho semplicemente prenotato una stanza e mi sono ritrovato a vivere un’esperienza incredibile. Marina Castelnuovo non è solo una host: è una persona straordinaria, con una vita ricca di esperienze. È la sosia ufficiale e riconosciuta di Elizabeth Taylor. Nella sua casa c’è un piccolo museo, con centinaia di foto e racconti affascinanti delle esperienze che ha vissuto accanto ad alcune delle persone più famose del mondo. È sempre disponibile, sempre gentile, e si comporta con l’eleganza di una vera lady. Ho guadagnato un’amica che spero di portare con me per tutta la vita. La consiglio a tutti!

10.0This B&B is a gem: it is located on the ground floor of a private villa in a very quiet, elegant part of the city of Varese. The room indeed feels like the guest room of a good friend/relative rather than a hotel room/"commercial" place. The location offers a stunning view over parts of the city. Marina, the owner, is an impeccable host, very helpful, very communicative, very warm-hearted. She is a very interesting person who - if you wish so - has many interesting stories to tell. I felt rather like a welcome guest of the house than a paying customer.
