− No running hot water and it was 9 degrees outside.
Close location to Stansted airport
5.0We had to stay here due to missing our flight at Stansted airport. It was the cheapest and closest accommodation to the airport for us to get a flight the following day. The wifi was good and the bed was comfy. A good fish & chip shop nearby which we got dinner from.
− The room was rather run down and there was water on the floor of the bathroom when we arrived. Despite the close location to the airport, my husband and I thought the price exceeded what the accommodation offered.

− Very very hot in the room, no fan and couldnt sleep with windows open for security reasons. THE CURTAINS WERE HANGING OFF THE RAIL

1.0Women who is helping us check in.
− I had messaged the host to let him know my son would be with me, and I also told the assistant upon check-in that my son was waiting outside; she had no issue with it. However, the host arrived drunk and started speaking abusively to me. I have never seen an apartment like this; he is being deceptive by not showing the true state of the place in the photos. Everything is broken and dirty. I do not recommend it.
