Everything. This is a true 10 BNB. You have your own private 2 bedroom apartment with a lovely private bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the rooms a good size. You have access to a lovely lounge room with comfortable seating and a large screen TV. Outside you overlook the Tuscan Hills and can take it all in while sitting on a large couch under the porch. Breakfast was well above what we expected. It was fresh, plentiful and was different each day. The location is only about 20 minutes from Arezzo. A lovely place well worth visiting in Tuscany. Lastly but without a doubt the biggest reason this place is a 10 is the host, Rosanna. This wonderful host makes you feel like you are at home. She went out of her way to make us feel like we belong there. She gives you space to relax but is there if needed. She made us feel so special while we were there, even given us recipes to try back home. She is without a doubt the best host I have experienced in all my years of travelling. She made the trip so memorable.

Ho trascorso con la mia famiglia qualche giorno in questa struttura. Non posso che confermare gli ottimi giudizi che me l’hanno fatta scegliere! La signora Rossana, gentilissima e sempre disponibile, e il suo meraviglioso cane Giotto sono due perfetti padroni di casa. Location in posizione strategica, molte sono le escursioni infatti che si possono fare: passeggiate immersi nella bella campagna toscana o in borghi e città intrisi di arte e cultura (Anghiari, Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona, ovviamente Arezzo sono solo alcune di queste mete). Dalla villa si gode di un bel panorama su Arezzo. Comode le camere, dotate di ogni comfort. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione molto buona e decisamente abbondante. Consigliatissima!

Exceptionnel. Mérite largement 10/10. Donne envie d’y retourner. A recommander sans hésitation

L’accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse exceptionnelle de Rossana et de son compagnon Guitton. La propreté des chambres et de la villa. L’entretien du jardin. Le petit déjeuner copieux et fait maison. Le calme

Villa Spino is an amazing place, in an accessible place in the mountains, near Arezzo, above Capolona. The owner of the house is an amazing woman, a great hostess, The breakfast in the house is varied and delicious. The cherry on the cake is the amazing garden with beautiful plants and flowers, as well as the kind and playful dog Gioto. Words are not enough to describe this experience. It was hard to leave, but I would definitely return to Villa Spino.

The place is just like a house of your friend. Rossana is very kind and trying to make you comfortable and happy. She asked us what do we like to eat for breakfast. A very silent and peaceful place. However, you need a car to visit Villaspino. It is from 5 minutes drive to the nearest village Capolona. In Capolona there is a very good restaurant for price/performance and variety of food. Our children spent very happy 3 days with lovely Giotto.
