− Bagno: doccia piccolissima e per far funzionare l'acqua calda bisognava prima aprire l'acqua del lavandino e del bidet e aspettare qualche minuto affinché ka caldaia entrasse in circolo. Per accedere al bagno c'è un gradino che scende e che ovviamente non ti ricordi che c'è..... Aria condizionata:comandata dall'app direttamente dalla proprietaria: dovevi darle orari di funzionamento con impossibilità di gestione autonoma. Cioè se in piena notte - ammettiamo - avessi avuto freddo avresti dovuto telefonare all'host per spegnerla!! Ci abbiamo rinunciato , fortunatamente era fresco. Colazione: tutto confezionato. Solo dolce. Niente jogurt o succo senza zuccheri aggiunti. Niente frutta fresca, nessuna proposta salata. Confort: scala ripida e rumorosa per salire in camera. Ambiente con arredo datato e pesante. Nessuna autonomia per uscire ( la signora ti chiude e apre quando arrivi). La camera proposta su booking è 32mq ma in realtà è più piccola. Adatto ad ospiti adattabili. Consigliato per un soggiorno di una notte. Assolutamente non adatto a persone con difficolta di deambulazione o con bagagli pesanti. La parte più bella della casa (il giardino e il portico) dovrebbero essere resi disponibili per la colazione, piuttosto che il salotto buio dove viene preparata. Incomprensibile per noi la valutazione essezionale e, per le nostre esperiwnze, pessimo rapporto qualità- prezzo. Dispiace fare una recensione negativa, ma in questo caso serve anche un'opinione diversa

10.0Bellissima struttura rilassante proprio sotto il Santuario Francescano. La signora Maria Teresa ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi. La stanza era deliziosa, con tutti i confort a disposizione. Consigliato!

9.0Posto immerso nella campagna del centro-italia, a 2 passi da Greccio. La famiglia è stata molto accogliente e mio figlio si è divertito a giocare con gli animali presenti nella struttura.

10.0Ein kleines Paradies, gleich unterhalb vom Sanctuario du Greccio. Maria-Theresia ist sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Eine super Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Pilger!
