Avoid like the plague
1.0Nothing, as we left immediately after checking due to the rooms being extremely unclean
− The rooms had hairs all over them and stains on the beds, when confronted about this he became incredibly rude and refused to give our money back, we are currently trying to reclaim it from booking.com
Train side
9.0Nice place to stay and I would again. Just across the road from the train station and a 2 minute walk to the town centre. Perfect for traveling on to Bristol.
− A bit noisy with the traffic, but being next to the train station and to the town centre on a busy main road is to be expected. It got quieter as the evening drew on though.

A good, well-priced place to stay, very close to transport and town centre.
8.0The location directly opposite Keynsham Railway Station, and bus stops just outside, with the High Street only a few minutes walk away, was excellent. The Guest House itself was clean, comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed being at the top of the house. Both room and bathroom were very good - clean, warm and comfortable and there was plenty of tea and coffee available. The top window opened, enabling me to ventilate the room, which is important. All was in very pleasing condition and despite breakfast not being provided, there was use of kitchen, which was an advantage. All in all, this is a good place to stay.
− The front door has a very stiff lock making it difficult to get the door open. I struggled with it a few times, which placed quite a strain on my wrist. The Owner himself said that it wasn't easy to open, and I felt that guests shouldn't have to struggle to get in. This, I think, is something that needs to be looked at.
Disappointing.
5.0No breakfast even though the guest house sign outside shows b&b.location was good .
− Definitely getting breakfast would been better ,as I said before the outside guesthouse sing showed b&b,rather disappointing to find out later and having to walk to the nearest coffee shop especially as both my wife and I used walking sticks.
