8.0Friendly, helpful and communicative staff. The host Marco was very helpful and was on hand to assist us and answer any questions. Fab location, close enough to everything but in a quieter part of Venice :)
− Not the host's fault, as it is listed that breakfast is an extra and not automatically included, however if you are on a budget and only there for a short time (meaning there is no time to cook) not having breakfast included means eating out and this adds a significant extra cost on. Just something to bear in mind.
Lovely quiet spot away from the main tourist centre, easy to get to from the boat

I recommend this place, it had everything I needed. I really liked the "old-fashioned" atmosphere.
10.0Our host, Marco, was very helpful and welcoming. He greeted us and provided all the necessary information. The apartments were well aligned with the price - authentic Italian feeling, which I appreciate more than just being "chic". The balcony overlooking the canal was outstanding.

6.0gute Lage, mit Balkon zum Kanal, da im EG, allerdings dadurch auch laut. Marco, der Vermieter war sehr nett, hat uns am Vaporetto abgeholt.
− Wohnen im EG in Venedig ist immer dunkel und feucht, aber bröckelnder Putz und angerostete Heizkörper müssen trotzdem nicht sein. Dazu kommt, im Zimmer kein Empfang mit dem Handy und das WLAN hat oft weniger als 1Mbit, ist also sehr sehr langsam. Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings war er während unseres Aufenthaltes oft nicht aufgeräumt.
Pleasant stay overlooking canal
9.0The excellent location and perfect views from the balcony overlooking the canal is definitely the bog pluses of this property. The host was also quite helpful and nice, easy to communicate and he even picked us up when we ended up being in the wrong location
− The appliances are quite outdated I would say and also the walls are paper thin you can hear everything in the next room
