May be I got what I paid but i do believe we can do better for our customers.
3.0Location and the staff
− The room is too warm during the day.the heat from outside penetrating inside the room. The aircon can't sustained coldness the temperature inside the room during the day is 26° The washroom is not clean(toilet,sink) and its too warm inside the washroom. The closet, desk table/ drawer is too dusty. Ants are all over the place. No toiletries like shampoo,bodywash,handsoap.
