Enjoyable and charming place to stay in the a older part of chepstow with a view of the castle
7.0Lovely kitchen and quiet area for a town easy access to facilities. Decor was subtle and tasteful in keeping with era of property.
− Lots of steps and stairs. Also could have done with some fans in the heatwave as top floor bedroom was very hot.

4.0location was good room was too small bed side against wall was uncomfortable stairs to room too steep for77 year olds
− a bed that allowed both visitors to get in easily rather than having to scramble into would have been prefered
Not for disabled or bad legs
5.0Couldn't get down the stairs two flights to steep not even size 5 shoe was width and no banister on one side the other hand can't grip as to near wall
− Not advertised as steep stairs definitely not suitable for disabled or walking issues no fire instructions on back of room door very tight if there was a fire not luxury in bedroom basic kettle and paper cups no chair to sit and do make up or hair .bathroom mirror very high ,my partner fell 4 steps down hurt his shoulder and back only stayed 1 night bad advertisement
