9.0The property itself has character. You can even forget you're in SA a bit. Management has superb customer service. The food tastes good too.
− Not much, just that you need to pass by the restaurant to go to your room when it comes to where my room was. But wasn't a major train smash.

− Misrepresentation on what was offered on Bookings.com and what I got. Rooms are not even closely the same as the offering on Bookings.com. My search criteria was for a place with a fireplace. The photos and Bookings.com app provided an option with a fireplace. This was not the case. The app and reality was different and I was left with a booking I could not change. When I complained I was told that the rooms were “upgraded” and it was the app’s mistake. No further solutions or even an apology was offered. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND LIED TO! 10.0The room is beautifully finished with upmarket finishes. The enitre setup is a feast for the eyes. The onsite restaurant serves delicious meals with a big variety to choose from. Well done
