9.0Ein schönes traditionelles Haus und ein ansprechendes Zimmer, ruhig gelegen und in nächster Nähe des schönen Dorfkerns. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen hübschen Garten zum verweilen, und Parkplätze. Die Vermieterin war leicht zu kontaktieren und sehr freundlich. Man kann auf Wunsch frühstücken. In ca. einer Viertelstunde mit dem Auto ist man am Meer. Das Dorf Suvereto ist wunderschön.

Carino, ma non climatizzato.
7.0Edificio storico molto carino. Materasso comodo.
− Manca del tutto la climatizzazione nelle stanze, esiste un climatizzatore nel corridoio, ma non è sufficiente per raffrescare la camera, quindi la notte fa molto caldo. Non c’era nemmeno un ventilatore per mitigare la calura notturna. Nel periodo estivo penalizza molto la qualità del soggiorno.

5.0La struttura esternamente, il parcheggio e la posizione a due passi dal centro
− La stanza tripla è in realtà una doppia con un letto aggiunto, a malapena due valigie ci stanno dentro. Condizionatore praticamente non funzionante in quanto non idoneo alla stanza. Durante una nostra breve assenza dalla stanza un tecnico ( crediamo in quanto non si è presentato ) è entrato per controllare la temperatura interna e condizionatore , avvisandoci solo successivamente del suo ingresso nella camera in nostra assenza. Colazione NON disponibile nemmeno su richiesta e nemmeno a pagamento ( questo servizio ha riferito la receptionist inizia da luglio)
