− WiFi signal really poor with constant buffering issues. Not close to Aylesbury centre at all.
A nice, convenient place to stay with a lovely bedroom and an okay shared bathroom.
7.0The room was very nice, comfy, and very clean. The complimentary breakfast and kitchen was also very useful and it started as early as you wanted as it was laid out the night before.
− Some of the other guests left the bathrooms in a mess which was not particularly nice. Occasional noises from the kitchen were loud in the room. The showers were very low pressure.

9.0We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and the bathroom was also very clean. The room was quiet, so we slept well. The location was convenient, and it was nice to have parking available. There was a Tesco supermarket just around the corner, which was very convenient. Overall, everything met our expectations.
