− Unfortunately due to its open plan nature, we did have quite a few insects in the room, additionally after an evening out we came home to a complete power outage.

Nightmare in Gili Meno
1.0I enjoyed leaving this place. Worst nightmare
− The absolute worst hotel of my Indonesia trip - severe safety, hygiene, and service issues. Do not stay here! This was a total nightmare and the absolute worst hotel experience of my entire trip to Indonesia. What you see on the booking platform is completely misleading and does not represent the reality of this accommodation. The terrible experience started immediately at arrival. When I showed up at reception carrying all of my luggage, the staff treated me rudely, asked me what I wanted, and were completely unaware that I was even staying there. They had no record of my booking. Once inside the room, I discovered several severe safety and hygiene hazards. The shower was heavily rusted, leaking, and spraying more water from the side than from the actual shower head. To make matters worse, I was forced to clean myself with freezing cold, salty water. There was also active termite/wood bug debris and dirt piled up near the shower. The bed had a thin protective layer meant to prevent bugs from biting, but this layer itself was covered in dirt, heavily highlighting the utter lack of hygiene in this place. The staff was completely unhelpful and could not resolve any of these issues. The worst and most dangerous part was the communal swimming pool shared by all the accommodations. It has a completely loose underwater light floating in it, which poses an extreme, life-threatening safety hazard.This level of neglect is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, and even worse for a rated 3-star property. If you are looking to book a place in Gili, skip this hotel entirely so it doesn't ruin your experience. Avoid at all costs!

10.0Herzallerliebst ☺️ ich war nur eine Nacht hier, aber die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber waren wirklich top! Der Garten war so peaceful und die Gastgeber waren wirklich lieb und aufmerksam. Ich konnte sogar früher einchecken, mir direkt dort ein Fahrrad ausleihen und die Insel erkunden. Klare Empfehlung! 😊
