Great before taking the ferry from Kappelskjär
8.0Nice, cozy, good beds. Water cooking option and fridge. Was absolutely sufficient for one night stay before heading to the ferry next morning. The whole house for ourselves- no sharing with others.
− No water in the second floor at kitchen area. Narrow staircase can be issue for elderly or people with disabilities. We managed well.
Not really comfortable stay
5.0The location was very nice, and the place was clean. Also, the shower was big enough and the kitchen (if you can call it that way) was well equipped.
− The arrangement of the accommodation just did not make any sense to me. Running water was just downstairs, and with the kitchen being upstairs, it was quite difficult to cook anything. The stairs are a different chapter - they are so steep that even for me (a healthy 27 y.o male) it was quite a challenge to get my luggage upstairs. The beds were not comfortable, and every time you got up, you were in danger of hitting your head on the ceiling. Overall, it was quite a weird experience.
Nice short vacation near Norrtälje
9.0Nice, cozy and very clean appartment. Peaceful area on the countryside. Quite close to Norrtälje and only 30 km from the ferry (Naantali - Kapellskär). Small own kitchenette. Good beds, blankets and pillows. Local grocery was surprisingly good. It was easy to take a bus to Stockholm for one day. It was also a reasonable distance to visit Uppsala. We did not test the sauna but it would be nice for persons who does not have sauna of their own as we do.
− Coffee maker would have been nice to have to get a real coffee in the morning.
